PVDF painted Aluminium Composite panel
PVDF painted Aluminium Composite panel, is Composed of plastic core of low density polyethylene laminated at both sides by two skins of 0.5mm or less aluminium sheets. The surface aluminium skin is painted with Polyvinylidene Difluoride (PVDF) paint suitable for outdoor decoration purposes respectively.
PVDF paint surface provides excellent properties of durability, including chemical resistance, color change resistance, glos retention and chalking resistance.

Processing Method
Auland composite panels are easy to use. During installation, saw cutting shear cutting, grooving, punching,perforating and drilling are possible by deploying ordinary aluminium processing and woodworking machine tools. Bending,curving or even folding can be done mechanically after grooving the back skin using router or trimmer.
